Liquid and Cream

Liquids are perfect for creating an all over sheen and "dewy" complexion. Usually you can blend a dab of these with your regular moisturizer  to create the most even look. Liquid illuminators are usually not bright enough to add glow to the eyes like a cream luminizer, similar to cream blushes  and eye shadows.  Use cream luminizers strategically rather than blending with a moisturizer.

Illuminizing Lotion

This is inexpensive and easy to apply on a daily basis. It is like a liquid luminizer but more subtle, so much that people won't notice you are wearing makeup. It's best for creating a glow over the whole face. Excellent for those with dry skin who need the extra moisture, but not the best for those with oily skin or those who are prone to breakouts.
