Compared to cocktail glasses, beer glasses are not especially diverse, although some stores like Crate & Barrel, for instance, will carry many versions of a particular style.

Beer Mugs  Solid, sturdy, and good for most beers.	Pilsner Glasses  Intended for lighter beers, like their namesake.	Pint Glasses  (Tumblers ) Another all-purpose glass; several shapes are available.	Wheat Beer Glasses  Tall with a curvy waistline; perfect for wheat beer!	Beer Goblets  Another good choice for serving wheat beers.

Additionally, there are a number of novelty glasses available that are not frequently used for everyday beer consumption.
