Back in 2003, we introduced Harman's Smoked Cheddar. We take our own Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar and have it locally smoked by the Fox Country Smoke House in Canterbury, New Hampshire. We have them smoke it just enough to enhance the flavor without masking our cheddar's unique taste. This cheddar is vacuum-sealed and unopened it will keep 3 months in your refrigerator. Once opened, it will keep a minimum of 4 weeks. Sold in 1/2 pound blocks,vacuum-sealed.
