I strongly recommend getting the Leachco Prop O's as this is a great product, and it's the safest for your baby. I had discovered in my child-birthing classes that the average head support devices create a distance between the baby and the car seat, and with even only being a centimeter thick that distance was enough to determine if the baby would survive a car accident or not.
