This is pretty much worthless, if you are counting on it for more than a carrying case. Due to the placement of the mounting rings, when you tighten it enough to stay on the headrest, it pulls the base (where the DVD unit sits) back so far that you can no longer raise the portable DVD screen to a level it can be seen at. Basically, if mounted correctly, your DVD player can only be opened to about a 45 degree angle, which isn't very good for viewing.
