I received my new Lucille from Guitar Center as a birthday gift from my girlfriend. The first thing that one notices are, obviously, the cosmetics. Wow! Is this eye candy!! The finish is like a mirror, flawless and clear. The creamy white binding on the headstock, neck, front and back of the body set a strong contrast with the ebony finish that makes the appearance pop. The rosewood fretboard, with its beautiful block mother of pearl inlays, is buzz-free, smooth and fast while the frets have been...

This guitar is absolutely amazing! the pickups are pretty good, the bridge handles great distortion and the neck has good cleans, but the neck doesn't handle distortion very well, but that's what the bridge is for. The only problems I've had with it is that its a bit harder to do pinch harmonics; and the volume knob top got loose, but nothing that a screwdriver couldn't fix. The slim neck leads to great shredding and makes sweep picking a lot easier, its just a great metal guitar, that can also clean...
